The Journal of Development Communication Special Issue on Telecenters

The publisher of The Journal of Development Communication invited Professor Royal Colle and Ph.D. candidate Raul Roman to edit an issue of the Journal devoted to the telecenter movement that evolved in the latter years of the 1990s. Drawing on travel and contacts acquired in producing The Telecenter Handbook, they assembled a group of contributors who brought a wide range of experience and scholarship to the pages of the Journal. Through a special arrangement with the publisher, the articles appear here for the first time on any web site.

Inquiries about subscriptions to the hardcopy of the Journal (which are not available electronically) can be directed to: Asian Institute for Development Communication, 6th Floor, APDC Building, Persiaran Duta, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or www.devcom@pd.jaring.my.

Following is the table of contents for the special issue. The text for each article is available by clicking on the title.
