Zachary Nelson

Zack graduated in 1995 with a BA in history from Manhattanville College. After working as a carpenter from 1995 to 1998 he served two years in the US Peace Corps in Janakpur, Nepal as a youth development volunteer. He gave training in carpentry, taught middleschool English, participated in AIDS training programs,andmanaged the construction of an addition to a local public school. He plans to study the effects of AIDS on rural development. "I hope to take advantage of all that Cornell offers to design a degree program which provides the necessary skills for my future carreer."
