International Programs (IP/CALS) takes the lead in promoting international collaboration in Cornell University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS). It combines experience, technology and innovation to coordinate projects and support faculty and students in their initiatives around the world.

Durable Rust Resistance in Wheat (DRRW) project----Cornell has been awarded a $26.8 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to launch a broad-based global partnership to combat stem rust, a deadly wheat disease that poses a serious threat to global food security. (read more)

We are in the process of identifying qualified scientists for the "Frosty" Hill Agricultural Research Fellowship. The attachment provides more information about this fellowship program. The purpose of the fellowship is to provide opportunities for scientists from the CGAIR international centers to work cooperatively with scientists from Cornell University on significant agricultural problems of mutual priority and concern.
