TIME FLIES
Blue Mediterranean
sea
Is Lake Cayuga, creeks and falls
Tranquil silver of olive trees
Reflecting the fire of maple leaves
Shadow of Cornell decorating the scenery
With tall clock tower of history
Carrying the music of wooden organ
The tune of Ithaca town
Whispering once lucky I was
To be amongst one of fourteen
Neither was I first nor the last
Time flies and reminds
Ithaca winter didn't matter
Hardships and joy were there
All was shared and handled with care
With dear fellows and people of Cornell
