Immunizations and Health Requirements [Word]

Humphrey Fellows as staff register through the School of Continuing Education to take courses. You may enroll for up to 14 credit hours for the academic year. New York State considers anyone who registers for 6 or more credit hours a student. Therefore Humphrey Fellows must present evidence of immunization to register for classes.
